In this 3-hour session, you will learn the 8 principles of WRAP as the foundation of the SHAWL Program, and determine how you can best incorporate them into your life. Together, we will identify potential barriers to reaching your goals and develop a strategy for success. You will leave with a personalized plan, handouts, and checklists for self-study and implementation.

You will receive strategy, support, and accountability in implementing the foundations of the SHAWL program to significantly increase your health, happiness and well-being!

3-Hour Deep Dive:

We get down to the nitty gritty of what’s going on for you. We dive deep to get to the root of the issue that’s causing you the most stress or dissatisfaction. We will uncover and unravel the beliefs and limiting thoughts keeping you stuck or preventing you from living your happiest, healthiest life and develop a strategy to move you forward on a path to living a life that truly lights you up!

 

3-Month Coaching Program:

We start with a 3-Hour Deep Dive to get to the root of the issue causing you distress, identify beliefs and thoughts keeping you stuck, and develop a strategy to move you forward... and continue your program with 90 days of support and accountability to help you move through the inevitable self-sabotage, reframe challenges into opportunities for growth, and untangle limiting beliefs and replace them with thoughts, habits, and actions that serve the life you want to live. In this 3-month program you will receive the strategy, support, and accountability you need to take your life to the next level!
